Once again our sub-committee has been busy planning our marquee at the Edenbridge & Oxted Show. Our theme this year is A FAVOURITE BOOK. We have the following competitions:-
CO-OPERATIVE COMPETITION
One item of craft, one item of cookery and a floral exhibit depicting the theme A Favourite Book displayed in black alcoves (which will be supplied).
INDIVIDUAL COMPETITIONS
Class 1: A floral exhibit depicting the theme A Favourite Book using natural plant material to fit in an area 30” (76.2cm) wide x 24” (60.1cm) deep. (Accessories allowed).
Class 2: A floral exhibit in a candle holder.
Class 3: Cherry Cake made to recipe on the back of Schedule presented on a plate.
Class 4: Quiche 7” diameter (17.5cm) Should contain a savoury egg custard filling which is cooked together with the pastry base. NO FISH.
Class 5: 1lb (450g) jar of marmalade.
Class 6: A Hot Water Bottle Cover in any medium.
Class 7: A Bookmark in any medium
